WHMSI
The Initiative for the Western Hemisphere Migratory Species (WHMSI, for short) seeks:
- Promote training for countries to conserve and manage migratory wildlife
- Improve hemispheric communication on issues of common interest
- Strengthen the exchange of information necessary for decision making
- Provide a forum to identify and discuss emerging issues
