Mission
CREHO contributes to the conservation and wise use of wetlands in the Western Hemisphere, a vital source for human populations and biodiversity, through capacity building, based on the technical implementation of the Ramsar Convention.
Vision
It has stopped the loss of wetlands in the Western Hemisphere and are conserved and rehabilitated through a comprehensive approach that ensures the rational use and enjoyment as the Ramsar Convention guidelines.
CREHO is an international non-profit organization whose overall aim to promote the dissemination of knowledge in the management and wise use of wetlands in the Americas.
